TimelineTypical decisions arrive within 12 weeks of submission, though complex cases may take longer.
Common questions.
QuestionsNo. The financial requirement that applies to other settlement routes does not apply to Family Reunion. The sponsor's status alone is sufficient.
Post-flight relationships are not covered by Family Reunion. There is a different route — a partner visa — that may apply. We discuss this at the consultation.
Family Reunion covers children under 18. Adult children require a separate adult-dependant route, which has a higher evidential bar.
