— THE APPROACH

How we work, step by step.

A founder-led model means slower onboarding and higher attention. Here is exactly what that looks like.

01

The method.

  • 01

    Listen

The first call is twenty minutes. You tell me about your situation — where you are, where you want to be, what documents you already have, what has gone wrong before. I take notes. I do not pitch a service. I do not push you toward a decision. At the end of those twenty minutes, you should know whether Be Settled is the right fit, and if it is not, you will know what the right fit looks like.

  • 02

    Assess

If the route is viable, I work through the evidence with you — what you have, what you need, what is missing, what is irrelevant. If the case is weak, you hear that honestly. If you don't need a professional adviser, I will say so. This conversation is free regardless of whether you proceed.

  • 03

    Prepare

Once we proceed, I prepare the application personally. Every form is drafted with the caseworker in mind — what they look for, what raises flags, what wins approvals. Supporting statements are drafted together. Every page of the bundle is indexed and cross-referenced. You see every draft and approve the final submission.

  • 04

    Submit

Application lodged with the Home Office. Biometric appointment booked. You receive a complete copy of everything that was submitted, in the order it was submitted. Nothing about the case is hidden from you.

  • 05

    Stand by

I remain available through decision, appeal, and beyond. If the caseworker asks for further evidence, I respond. If the decision is delayed, I chase. If something goes wrong, we have a frank conversation about next steps. Your case doesn't end at submission, and neither does my involvement.

02

Three principles.

  • Honest first.

If your case is weak, you will hear so during the first call — before you spend a pound. Most advisers will take any client. Be Settled will not. The result is a 98% success rate, because the cases I take are cases that can be won.

  • Detailed always.

Every application is reviewed line by line. Every supporting document is checked against the Home Office's exact requirements at the time of submission. Caseworker rules change quietly; I read the updates so you don't have to.

  • Available throughout.

You have direct access to me — not a shared inbox, not a junior associate. Questions get answered the same day they are asked, every working day, until the decision arrives.

03

What it costs.

After the free 20-minute consultation, you receive a fixed quote in writing. No hourly billing. No surprises. No retainer until you decide to proceed.

If your case is one I cannot win, we have a different conversation — about alternatives, about timing, about whether to wait. That conversation is also free.

— WHEN YOU'RE READY

Begin with a conversation.

Twenty minutes. No obligation. No fees until you decide we're the right fit.
